Who We Are:

The Bath Holiday Company is a family owned business run by a team of locals passionate about the Bath area and its visitors. Running since 2007 we are Bath’s oldest holiday let management company and have seen a lot in that time!

We have a team of people with dedicated roles; a bookings team to make sure we get the most reservations for the highest value possible for our homeowners and a hospitality team whose focus is to give guests the best experience.

Technology has revolutionised the holiday let industry beyond recognition in the last decade. This is something The Bath Holiday Company has embraced; employing a very tech savvy team that allows us to be more competitive.

All of our properties have to be of a certain criteria/level owing to the standard of stay we wish to offer our guests, so all of our properties are selected carefully and with a view that they should all compliment each other – no two properties offer the same. We are also proud that we hold a number of accolades/statuses from the booking platforms we use; this means all properties benefit from being advertised and managed by us.

Our business is based on trustful relationships and we are proud of our working relationships with our homeowners. Trust is everything in any property letting business and it works all ways for the smooth running of our day-to-day business that extends to our guests and our relationships with them. Feedback from our guests is reflected in our fabulous reviews.

Being all Bath people we also have a vast combined mind of local knowledge to pass on to our guests on demand!

Dan –
Dan manages the business day-to-day, bring his technical expertise; advancing all our systems & putting in place new technology that puts us at the forefront. The result of this has been increased occupancy rates, making our next step a search for more properties, essential to fulfil our potential guests’ desires to rent from us.

Somehow Dan also finds time to take on the roles of:

– Sustainability Director of the STAA (Short Term Accommodation Association UK)
– Member of the Advisory Board for Visit Bath (Bath’s Destination Marketing Organisation)
– AirBnB Community Leader for Bath (part of the Bath, Bristol and Oxford combined region)

All of these positions allow us as a business to be deeply embedded and active in the short term rental industry.
